I decided to use projections and also wanted to utilize the students at Syracuse University’s graduate illustration program. I’m a proponent of
“paying it forward” and wanted to give students real world opportunities, much like the ones I was given in school.

Syracuse University- Once on This island by Lynn Ahrens. This is a concept model and drawings. I taught this project in my Set Design 1 class and was inspired to design the
show for myself. Set in the Archbold Theater at Syracuse Stage. 2013
Syracuse Opera- Porgy and Bess, the concept, create a staged concert hybrid production, half concert performance with minimal costumes and set with the Orchestra onstage.
